Studio Policies
Monthly Tuition
Monthly tuition is due by the 10th of each month. After the 10th a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account.
Dance Explosion does not send monthly billing statements. Please put your payment in the drop box or directly to the office.
Automatic debit for your monthly tuition is now available, please see the office to setup this convenient payment option.
Tuition that is paid in full during September or October receive up to 15% off the annual rate - a savings that equals a month of free tuition. Ask the office for more details!
Costume Fees
Costume fees are due in November for the annual June recital performance. Please be sure to get your costume fees paid so that costumes can be ordered and received in time for pictures.
Inclement Weather
Dance Explosion follows the same school schedule as the Puyallup School District. This includes snow days or other weather related days. Please watch the news or listen to the radio. If Puyallup School District is closed for any reason, we will not hold classes.
Class Absence
Please call the studio if there is a planned or unexpected class absence. Students may make up a missed class by taking a different class during the month the absence occurred.
Meeting with the Instructor
The instructors are more than happy to make arrangements to talk with parents about their child's progress or performance in class. Please make every attempt to schedule these in advance by calling or leaving a message for the instructor at the office. "Just a quick question" can often, unintentionally, expand into a lengthy conversation that takes the instructor away from the next scheduled class. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
